Integrative Health Consultations

Our owner and practitioner, Dr. Carolyn Qubeck (see full bio here*) is a board certified Acupuncture Physician and Naturopathic Doctor* and offers integrative consults, using a vast array of holistic modalities and testing methods.

Take a deeper look into the underlying cause of your pain, fatigue, digestive complaints, weight gain or other chronic symptoms. Discover how you can begin to remove obstacles to cure, to return your body to optimal health and wellness. Consults provide unique insight into your complaints  starting with a thorough review of your health history including prior treatment modalities. Then review your symptoms from from a western holistic, Chinese medicine, nutritional AND functional medicine perspective. 

Depending on where you're at in your health journey, you'll be recommended a comprehensive treatment protocol which may include**:

• Nutrigenomic testing (learn to understand your genetic variants and how they affect optimal function);
• Genova NutrEval and other functional medicine testing to determine current oxidative stress levels, nutrient levels/deficiencies & cellular metabolites, etc;
• Blood Type evaluation and dietary protocol;
• Chinese Medicine tongue, pulse & pattern diagnosis;
• Discussion of the importance of gut health, Microbiome evaluation w/ BiomeFx or GI Effects testing to understand your current level of dysbiosis and how to begin to heal your gut;
• Food sensitivity testing;
• Environmental toxin exposure including mold & mycotoxins (and home assessment & remediation resources);
• Constitutional dietary and supplement suggestions;
• Additional supportive modalities such as acupuncture, detox, IV therapy (administered by Robinson MD staff) and injection therapy;
• Lifestyle changes, exercise implementation and more

New Patient Integrative Health Consult

New patient visits with Dr. Carolyn, DOM, ND range from 90-120 minutes depending on level of complexity of symptoms. Please be sure to complete all intake forms 24 hrs prior to your appointment and drop off/email any prior lab work no later than 24 hrs prior.
90-120 minutes, $325

Return Patient Integrative Health Consult

Review protocols, lab results, etc and receive ongoing support to achieve your health goals. Assess western and functional labs and Chinese Medicine pattern diagnostics to create ongoing support with a personalized and targeted approach.

60-75 minutes, based on level of complexity, $250

Integrative Consultation Package (stay tuned for availability)

FIHW's integrative package combines the expertise of Dr. Carolyn, DOM, ND, Dr. Sophia Viner, NP and one of our talented Health Coaches. Manage medications, receive a standard lab order covered by most insurances, experience a comprehensive investigative and educational session with both Dr. Carolyn, DOM, ND and Sophia Viner, NP.

Receive followup support with your 60 min health coaching session, to help fully understand and integrate your testing, dietary, supplement, therapeutic modality and lifestyle change protocols and receive support for achieving your health goals.

Package includes:

• New Patient evaluation with both Dr. Carolyn and Sophia Viner with standard lab order and comprehensive protocol
• 120 min

• Health Coaching Session
• 60 min, scheduled within 7-10 days of your initial visit

Health Coach Add On
